you can go with the inserts if you don't mind a little bit more vibration from the stiff inserts.

na i don't mind it i was just hoping that i can find another way without buying new motor mounts.....the motor has 102,000 miles so i'm gonna buy a fresh one later one the road.......so the energy bushing inserts will work for the rip or torn motor mount right.....

They'll work but ES recommends not putting them in torn mounts. What about the other two mounts that can't be filled with inserts?

The inserts work better with good mounts. You could be ghetto and just fill in the broken mounts with Black RTV Silicone, that will hold for a little bit.

I replaced all 4 motor mounts on my DA and I put some of that silicone that they use to seal the windshields It works good I guess.

you team-integra has an article on the inserts.. id defifnitly go with them.. im trying to do a b20 swap for my ls i was thinking tho.. how would the header sit when the engine is tilted with the inserts..
but if you say your stock mounts are bad, go to a junk yard see what they got, if not got to a "you pull it" and get them for mad cheap and in fair quality
