Default Partial throttle hesitation problem.

ok guys this is really annoying, i cant seem to find the culprit.

when i am accelerating under partial throttle the car hesitates little bit. the other day the car started jerking a little under part throttle.

I have replaced:

02 sensor twice so its not 02 sensor
brand new plug wires, NGK plugs, cap and rotor
i have run a bottle of seafoam through it. also seafoamed through the vacum line.
I have also run a bottle for lucas fuel injector cleaner.
Cleaned out the IACV and FITV, cleaned out EGR ports
Did a valve adjustment.

The car used to be turboed but now im back to stock (stock exhaust, intake, ecu, injectors, etc etc...the engine is completely stock now.)

I had a TPS problem a few months back, I replaced the TPS with a sensor i had on a spare intake manifold and recalibrated it. Turned out the plug was loose so i ziptied the plug to the sensor to keep it snug.

I reinspected the plug the other day and its still tight.

I think it may be the TPS.

I don't have the problem at WOT, and my car idles perfect. no other sputtering, just a little hesitation

im confused, please help.

Rule out the TPS by checking the voltage.
Turn the ignition on, back probe the middle wire with the sensor plugged in.

With the throttle closed, you should have .5 volts. Then slowly open the throttle plate. The voltage should rise smoothly. At wide open throttle there should be 4.5 volts.

when I calibrated the TPS it was at the correct voltage however I never check to see if it rose smoothly.

could anything else cause this problem?
