Default A few B20 swap and performance Qs

i know its long, but there are a few Qs:

ok, im getting the motor in about 1 week. im trying to find out what im going to need to get. im gonna use obd1 ls ecu. so im trying also to figure out what ill need to wire. im going to get an ls intake mani, should i get the ls tb too, and should i get the mani and tb off a obd1 ls or does it matter? any other wiring.. dist, o2 sensor,etc? im also trying to figure out which clutch to choose. im looking at the clutchnet stage 2. im going turbo too in a while and i dont want to have to replace it soon because i didnt get a strong enough one. ill be pushing around 180-220 whp. i want the clutch to last but also be pretty comfortable to drive. i dont think im gonna get a lighter flywheel, just because of what ive read. would the skunk2 ls intake mani be a good choice instead of the ls one even though ill be revving no higher than 6200(power peaks at 6k). and ive also read about a ventuli plate, would this be a worthwile investment? thanks alot. i know its kinda long.
