Buddy Club 3 cam question

anyone know what the spec 3 look like,i just picked them up used,..the only marking on the cam is a small T on each end ..

good good..I havent installed them yet.
Where is your vtec set with these cams.
My stock setting is at 5700..Should i change it or leave it at that?
