Default Is it possible to have an Internal WG that is compatible with A/C on a B16A2 EK?

My goals are 200whp on a B16A2... I have talked to a few mechanics and they all recommend an internal wastegate. What can I do to use an internal WG on a Garrett T3 50 trim from a Saab 900?

Edit: Because I want a budget setup

200whp isnt a very tough goal. I dont' quite understand the question or why "mechanics" would recommend internal wastegates. I assume due to their compact nature...somewhat.

200whp can be achieved easily, and running internal or external is up to you and what you want.
