hey i have a 00 civic si 5 speed non lsd and want to have lsd. how hard is it to add lsd to a tranny? i have all the tools and knowledge to do it i just need a scale of lets say 1-10 1 being easy and 10 being sell the car. lol

thanks</TD></TR></TABLE>ive never done a lsd install but ive replaced synchros, swapped gears, and replaced final drives so i can imagine adding an lsd is like adding a final drive so its probably a 6/10 since theres alot of parts

 

just buy a tranny with lsd if a shop is not well know with honda trannys they might mess something up

 

its about a 7. took me and some friends a few hours.
make sure its in 3rd gear when you go to put the hat back on
