Default Turbo Prelude help

OK I went into a shop about a month ago now and had a turbo setup done. I went through some hassle spent more money for an over heating problem. My car still isnt running right on top of that they dented my hood. The other day I am cleaning my car to take it to a different shop and I notice when I turned the key the check engine light wont light up but the rest of my gauges do. I am pretty confused so I proceed to take my dash apart and my check engine light wire is cut so I am in a tough position. Should I go to a lawyer or what should I do I am totally shocked at this. I spent almost 9 grand at this shop.

Get a lawyer and learn how to work on your own car
