Default 96 Prelude build

Just bought a prelude and the motor blew (rod through the engine block) on the way here. so now i'm startin from the ground up basically makin a fun little daily driver with *****. If any of you have advice on ways to reach these goals feel free to leave some advice.

H22a block (sleeved)
stock cams are going back in
cold air intake
stock valve train
stock tranny

the car has some other mods (suspension mostly) that were done before i got it
I've also got the interior gutted for a new look (red and black) and a stereo rewire

Where i want to end up

t3/T4 turbo with piping and intercooler
turbo back exhaust
manual boost controller to select between 6 and 11 psi(launch and 3rd gear)
coilovers with a 1" drop or so
new bushings and engine mounts
short throw shifter
lighten flywheel
under drive pulleys (except for crank want to keep the dampener)
stage 2 turbo cams
eagle crank
new valves and springs ect
wiseco 8.4 cr pistons
oil cooler
LSD if i don't have one already
stand alone engine management system (recommendations?)
eagle hbeam rods
body kit (r34 style)
paint
4 pt harness system
stainless brake lines
ebc red stuff pads
tuner wheels (17") and nitto 550 tires

all this is to reach the goal of a 300 - 350 whp daily driver (hence some attention to looks and sound system) that is fun to drive and a track day here and there lol

Any thoughts some of this stuff i'm having a hard time finding, so sources would help (i looked in the where to get it thread)

so you want to spend about 10,000+ dollars in order to make 300-350whp?

resleeve
stock crank
carillo or pauter rods
9:1-10:1 compression
have the crank micropolished and balanced along with the pistons and rods
stock head
same turbo setup
Neptune, Hondata, AEM, etc engine management

body kit

btw, you need not to have HP as a goal. It doesnt accomplish much. Think outside the box.

A lot of the stuff in the build isn't a must but i'd like to have some of those things in the hope that i'd get as reliable as possible with the turbo setup i want. As for horsepower thats just a number that many people understand, so i put it in there 90 percent of what i want out of the car has little to do with horsepower ,more towards torque and launch, and a great car to drive that has plenty of power for a little road racing everynow and then. Also the hondata systems i've been looking at say the ecu needs to be modified but they don't say what kind of mod
