2001 EX v6 e-brake light issue
I just bought a 2001 Accord EX V6 coupe. The last few mornings, when I've been leaving for work, I've had trouble with the e-brake indicator light coming on (and I don't engage the e-brake overnight while the car is parked). It doesn't seem to really follow any patterns, just comes on and stays on for about 15 seconds or so, then goes off. Sometimes it shuts back off as soon as I tap the brake pedal, sometimes not. Could just be a coincidence in timing. But usually after three or four minutes of driving it stops malfunctioning.
Has anybody had this problem before and what could be the cause?

it could also be that the brake fluid is too low. here are some links

you have a break level sensor in the master cylinder that is bad very common and will only do it when the temp is low enough to casue the un wanted resistance.
