i have a 90 civic hatch si with a d15b and the rywire conversion harness
anyways my car ran for a while and i let it sit for like 6 months and i go to turn it on with a new battery and everything and my fuel pump doesnt prime and the car wont start i checked all the relays and fueses and still nothing and when i probed the whire for the fuel pump there was no power
i searched honda-tech so please dont ask me to any help will be appriciated thank you

if that is the u shaped box under the hood mounted on the shock tower the na i checked that allready

 

nope. black/dark orange relay under dash. behind your coin tray (if you have a crx) same location for ef's

 

check all the grounds and the battery cables maybe
