ok, i pulled of my dizzy cap and cleaned the electrods. got it back on, and now the intake sounds like the buzz from a vaccum cleaner (never made that noise before) and pull the oil cap, and air comes shooting out. should i be worried? i think i got the firing order right [top left #3 top right #4 bottom right #2 bottom left #1] dont quote me im just resiting from memory. i had them laied out and marked.

that depends on how much air. Its normal for some to come out of the oil cap. If you messed up the firing order, the engine would be running really poor and shaking really bad.

You could do a dry compression test, then a wet one to see how much blow by you got going past the piston rings.

when i do it, i got to pull my fuse for my fuel pump, and coil right? how much should the compression be? i think theres just a small amount of blowby, i can hold my hand a foot above the valve cover, and still feel air coming out....
