how long should i wait before i wash and wax single stage paint?

u can wash next day.. gently.. wax i would wait for a month or so i heard. i just sprayed mine and its all good ..

How do you get the pictures of here properly. I wanted to show my single stage with 2 extra coats of clear done by Maaco.

it depends on if ur paint was baked or not. If it was baked u should have no problems washing, waxing, buffing, ect. the next day.

You DO NOT WAX FOR 6 MO at the least.
The paint my be dry on top but under it is still wet. Don't even wash it for maybe a week, unless you did it in a booth and heat dryed it.

pics are up but cant really appreciate the paint. this was done at a maaco in montclair. ive seen the guys work at this maaco and its a pretty decent paint job. i had a friend that went there and had his car painted.

painted it in my garage and its been a week i figure ill wait another week or 2 thanks to the coast having minimal bugs i have yet to get a bug splatter. also i work RIGHT by the ocean is the salty sea water air going to affect dry time?
