Default Just picked up a 96 Prelude S

Wow.. been a while since I've been on the site! As the title says, I just picked up a 96 Prelude S. It only has 71K Miles on it... and I have all the paperwork of all the stuff done to it, in the previous owners hands. It's been babied its whole life and it's in amazing shape! The previous owners put the supplemental cd player right below the factory tape deck... they paid like $399 for it!!! That's crazy!! They also added the OEM fog lights to it.. I don't remember how much they paid for those, bu I remember it was pretty ridiculously priced.

Anyway, as soon as I get some pics I'll post 'em up!

My friend's are trying to talk me into swapping in an H22, but it's supposed to be just a daily driver, so we'll see what happens.

Anyway congrats and let it be if it's a DD. If you do want to make it faster remember it's got iron sleeves.

Don't swap out a perfectly good motor. You will enjoy the gas mileage. That motor should last atleast another 130k miles if kept up regularly.

I just pulled my F22 out at 197K, and with a head gasket and some other work it probably would have gone even longer

That's odd that they went with a fully decked out S model, I wonder how much more an Si was, or even a VTEC, I'm willing to be all the options they got cost a pretty penny.

....What I would do for a brand new 4g BG-34p SE right off the showroom floor....
