Default VTEC spool solenoid valve cel 21

My car was recently running sluggish. It would hesitate and bog out. I had no cel. After thorough research it came down to my ignitor or coil. I decided to save money and buy a new dizzy. Upon completion of the installation and setting the timing my del sol now has a cel 21 VTEC spool solenoid valve. My question is what would have caused this. It didnt have a cel until I replaced my dizzy.

Check to see if you left anything unplugged. I know on my car the area around the diz is a rats nest of wires.

I will check that when I get off work, I read that the harness may not be fully seated. Any other ideas?
