I washed and cleaned my engine bay today, covered up all the necessary things with plastic bags and taped them off. After that my secondaries havent been working. Anyone know what could be wrong and how i can fix it?

Check the filter on the IAB solenoid. It releases the vacuum that allowes the butterflies to open.

 

The IAB solenoid is the black thing coming off the intake manifold?

 

Part 6 is the IAB solenoid. The diagram label is touching the filter.
