Default Sup HT! Need to be pointed in the right direction for Suspension set up

I have a 1990 CIVIC HATCH DX
Well right now I have some kinda coilovers on top of stock shocks... My ride bottoms out when I hit a nice bump and end up damaging my exhaust. Also when I have my hatch jacked up from the ground, Im able to push up on the wheel and make it go up 2 inchs or more on all corners ... I wanna buy a good full coilover suspension set up...
Are the skunk2 pro-S good??
Thanks for any help
