Try a Darton sleeve, they were one of the original sleeves to be installed on the Honda motors back in the day. A lot of racers are still using them, careful they have many different applications for the type of motor you are trying to build. Like all motor, turbo car or all out trailer DRAG car

Darton does not have a bunch of different sleeves. They have 2. The OG open deck sleeve and their new one the closed deck sleeve. Darton sleeves are good though but you still have to find someone qualified to instal them even if you get them.
Good things come to those who wait, trust me on that.
...a lesson that has taken me a while to learn. The "gotta have it now" mentality has wasted way too much of my time and money

My block took almost 2 extra months to get to me from GE and they didn't clean the engine like promised. I was going to hot tank the engine before shipping but after receiving an email from GE stating that the engine would be cleaned I decided to waste that $100 on a titty bar. 3 months after shipping (shipping roundtrip took 4 weeks to/from Japan) the block I recieved a set of beautiful sleeves installed in a nasty block. The paperwork said the warranty would be voided if the block is hot tanked with GE sleeves so I spent 6 hours with a big *** bucket of warm water/Simple Green solution scrubbing like a fool. One if these day I will install my 2.0liter block
Customer service is OK as long as that one *** monkey, who snaps at you for having the ***** to call GE and ask about your block, doesn't answer the phone.

Golden Eagle has had some times where we did not get the block out on the exact time frame we quoted. Like I have said on a few of these boards before, this type of thing happens. Our turn around time is 10 - 15 working days and we are about 99% on time, everytime!!! If you want to try " posting " the cylinder walls then go ahead. Remember though, we charge $30 extra when we have to remove the posts when you send your block to us for sleeving after you figure out that posting DOES NOT WORK!!! We also had a problem with our cleaning methods back in the day but have since bought one of the best jet washers money can buy!!! Give us a try, we will make you a satisfied customer! (909) 592 - 4311 if you have any more questions.
