Default Hydraulic tranny on a non hydraulic motor?

I have a B18A1 OBD0 out of a 92 integra that i had planned on swappin into my 93 civic hatchback which has a hydraulic linkage for the tranny. Will a newer B18 hydraulic transmission fit the 92 motor i have that comes with the bar style linkage? PLEASE HELP!!!

yes it will work engines are the same its the trannies that are different
