MSD 6al info ?
hey i have 94ls with gsr swap, and my dad dont know to much about fuel injection but say he thinks i should be able to hook up this MSD 6al box i got given to me for free up to my stock stuff is this true or do i need a msd cap, rotor, and coil in order to use it?
In theory you can, however the stock ignition is about as good as it gets. You can take the coil wires, run them into the msd, then back out and into the coil. That would give you multi-spark ignition, however hondas are already efficient and burn the fuel very well, so the gains arent much unlike on most old V8s from the 70/80s.

Yeah don't even waste your time. You'll end up with a more cluttered engine bay with more wires running all over the place. Just keep the stock ignition and throw the 6AL box up on eGay.
I observed a noticeable loss in power/ throttle response from installing a 6al box with external coil, 3-stage retard box, etc. Needless to say I took all that stuff off and sold it for about double what I paid for it. Your stock ignition is best up to about 300-400 whp.
