Default Emissions with p08 Ecu.

OKay so for the longest time I ran a p28 ECU on my jdm d15b. It ran rich due to bad 02 sensor I think. I recently had a p08 installed and was wondering if It will pass the emissions testing? I live in Colorado. Im not concerned with the visual part of emissions but more the snorkel they put on the pipe. I tried searching to no avail.
Thanks in advance.

It should pass. The P08 is what originally ran your JDM D15B, so all the maps line up. The P28 is close enough that you should pass with it too. If you have a bad O2 you should replace it. Don't forget the P08 doesn't require a 4-Wire O2 so you could save some money if you or a friend has a good Single-Wire you could use to replace your current bad O2. BTW, The P08 can be made to run a 4-Wire if you wanted to.

I have a JDM D15B VTEC as well and have run on both the P08 and P28. I personally prefer Surface mount parts and the smaller case :D
