i searched it and didnt find nething on it, but i want to put prelude h22 lmas into my gsr head, and my question is what size shim do i have to use? some say .050, n some say .030. jus want to do it right the first time. i got ctr cams goin into a 450 plus whp teg with super teck valve springs n retainers. what about retainers? titanium? any help will be greatly appreciated!

LLAMAS?? i thought cars were measured in horsepower, not llama power...
why don't you talk to the people who built your engine, as i doubt you put together a "450whp" motor by yourself. they should recommend you the best valvetrain/cams for your setup
let's see the dyno results of your motor by the way

so yea that was no help
im the one putting the motor together i do know how to turn a wrench i was jus lookn for some reliable info not sarcasim
ill post dyno numbers when the motor is done and in the car!

turn a wrenche is different then knowing the specs and tolerances of building a motor....precision is key there
is 450whp your goal?

yes 450 is my goal, the bottom end is together, now im workin on the head, jus got it back from porting, so i gotta put it back together now, so do you know anything about puttn h22 lmas into a b series vtec head?
oh and i own a chiltons manual, and a torque wrench as well, and i can read
