hey em2 lovers.... im considering trading my Em2 (01 lx 5spd) for a Ek hatch (96 ex 5spd)

Only if your thinking of going B series but if you are i'd say keep your em2 and slap a K in that biotch

K20 is out of my money bracket id have to save quite a load to make my em2 fast...... and i have a friend that will sell me a h22 with about 56kmiles on it. with the ecu for 1500 so i might consider swaping a h22 in the hatch

 

ur car stock has more value than his car stock. make sure he has more stuff in it like said before.

 

well hes trading me for his as well as 3.5 grand. he has some parts hes going to give me as well. tein coil overs, hks header, and two sets of White Honda Emblems =D

All depends on what you want and what will make you happy. Id do it personally... 3500 will make that a fast lil hatch

 

I would go for the EK.

 

i say go for, how much mileage does the ek have?

 

dont do it...it will be a down grad. you car os worth more stock. so dont do it.

 

your EM2 interior is far better than the EK.

 

if clean title and $3.5K with what milage on both cars???
if you are willing to spend money on the car to make it faster do it, otherwise not....

 

Trade if for something good, like an Sti, Evo or A4.

 

id get the STI but im a college student and can really afford to put payments of 299-350 a month for a STI >.<

my car has 60,023 on a d17a1 the Ek has about 64000 on a swaped d16y7 (replacement engine) hes got paperwork he showed me.

i like the hatch. i like my coupe. and its a pretty hard decision. oh and my coupe gots salvage title >.< his doesnt.

 

go for the trade, swap a b-series, get new wheels, new front lip and other stuff with the 3500 he's giving you.

Well that's not right, I used to own an Integra and I'm more active than half the users on the Integra Forum i'm on and I own an EM2 now.

Go ahead and trade, just don't leave the family.

I'm with fventura though.

If you trade. Use the 3500 to get:
- New Lip
- New Rims
- B Series
- Slam it (if you have enough)

hehe i blacked these lights my self i used a heat gun not a oven and i resealed them again their as good as new =D or even better lol

 

i saw after i types, you got the other rims stolen, and that mainly the ugg-ness...peace!
