Default What engine will fit my car?

Hey yall,

Just have a simple question for any honda savvy person: I have a bone stock 92 accord ex 2-dr 5-spd. i want to swap the motor. which engines will bolt in? any suggestions? thanks for the time.

To my understanding the H22 is a pretty straight forward swap.

I would definatley go H22. But I think there is a DOHC non-vtec F-Series motor that would drop right in, I think its an F22B or something like that. That one might be a little cheaper than an H22, but honestly, save up some cash and drop an H22 in that thing, it would be one fun car!

F22 FITS IN im pretty sure its sohc vtec but my friend has one in his car and it ran fonominal its a pretty quick accor goodluck

f22b2 = sohc nonvtec 94-97 accord

f22a1? = sohc 90-93 accord
f22a? = ????

any h22/h23 will bolt in as long as it is not the h22a4 ATTS
