Default spring/shock combo or coilovers?

Like the title says im looking for either a spring/shock/ combo or coil-overs. I want the height to be somewhat low but not slammed and i want the ride quality to be great...not too soft but not to hard. I know lowering the car will compramise to the ride quality but i want something close to stock feeling. I had skunk2 sport shocks and springs on my previous 94 civic coupe but i had problems with defects that finally got sorted out and the height and ride quality were great but i dont want to go through the problmes again with them. For coil-overs im leaning towards omni power or PIC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something like stock? On you SRT-4, then I'm sure many suspension setup will just be a bit firmer over SRT-4 OEM. On the Honda, nothing aftermarket will ride like stock. And if you want to ride Low, it's not going to ride like stock.

You sound like you want something specific to your taste. Coilovers are best for you because you can set them anyway you like. Now and later.

I personally like springs and shocks combo. I don't like to play around with the settings, like the EQ on a amp. I tend to mess things up. Today I want low, tomorrow I want higher. Next more softer, and more firm after that.

I rather have one set up. Determined by the designers, and live with that. Get to know how the suspension will react, and know the limitations.

When I had my 97 Civic, I was on HR Sports (1.75/1.5) and Tokico Blues. It ride "like stock." But that's not low.
