integra tires
hi i jus changed my tires...but 1 is different...i was wondering if i still have to get it balanced or aligned...the 2 tires in the front and the rear left is 195/55 and the rear right is 195/65

The is really not a good idea. Please go and buy the forth matching tire ASAP.
And yes, the wheels should all be balanced after the tires are installed.

Some "budget" shops will charge extra for balancing, though this isn't often done because there is rarely a situation when you'd want the tires mounted but not balanced. It's more just an attempt to make the mounting fees seem cheaper than the competition.

If anything, it would make matters worse to switch them around. Borrow the money if you have to, but pick up a forth matching tire and have them all properly balanced.
Riding on unbalanced tires will give you a rougher/annoying ride, but if you don't have alot of money, get the 4th tire first. You're basically burning your money that you spent on the other three right now. And go somewhere legit that will have one fee for mount/balance. The clowns you're going to right now probably should be selling used cars instead of working on them.
