what you need is to research. There is no list, every build is different. It depends on what you are looking to get out of the motor.

team-integra.net has some good articles, you should check them out. Read as much as you can

the reason why u couldnt find anything is because u are not searching correctly. what u wanna do with your build is up to. we dont know what u want or what ur looking for. you have to do the research on the parts that u want or need. first off is what do u want out of the head? what kinds of power are u looking to build it for? high rev? agressive cams? is your block high compression? theres tons of questions. basically what u wanna do is look into valves, dual springs, retainers, intake manifold, injectors, throttle body, cam sprockets and camshafts, port and polish, valve job, milled head, port match, i think thats about all. search and see what u want. then budget it out, and see what parts u need to do what u want it to do.

Set goals and a budget. Its your car what do you want to accomplish with it? 200WHP? 300WHP? Daily Driver? As soon as you tell us that we can point you in the right direction. I'll let you know right now that going all motor is not cheap. A good exhaust system from header to muffler could easily cost you as much as a whole turbo setup would. Alot of people dont like turbo's because they think it ruins the reliability when in fact with a good tune and proper maintance a turbo motor will last just as long as a built NA motor.

I have a friend who is built/still building his Teg, and it is a monster.
I know its more expensive, but for the power gains, and when vtec is about 4 times as loud.

its worth it to me.

so higher compression pistons?
Ive keep hearing something about CTR pistons or rods or something.

the compression form the CTR pistons would be pretty damn high, i think its over 12:1 type r pistons would be a little more streetable.

did you look into any of those team-integra articles? some good info
