So this is a funny story..

My g/f has been looking for a decent older honda to drive, she needs to drive it for 2 years until she gets out of school. So driving by a kinda sketchy used car lot she noticed a 93 prelude red and looks decent. We just stop in and take a peek through the window and notice its a stick, has a sunroof, blah blah blah. Well saturday she goes in and test drives it and instaly falls in love with the car.

Today she wants me to go look at the car with her. So we pull in, first thing i do is pop the hood and notice its the DOHC H23 its an SI! Well the guy tells me that its not an SI but a prelude S. I was like ok? We go to her local shop to have them check it out and it came back for the most part clean for a 15 year old car. They explain that she talked them down from 3k to 1600.

So she got a 93 prelude SI for the price of a prelude S with no rust for $ 1600

is that a spoiler on the back of the prelude? i can't tell from the second picture but it looks like there is and that isnt the stock spoiler. is it a mugen?

 

^^^Either a weird reflection off the trunk or that's really is a mugen spoiler!!

From the first picture it looks like it wraps down over the side like the stock spoiler, but that's because of the shadows.. Can't see it in the last two..

But the second picture, I can't see the middle mounting location that the Mugen Spoiler has? But it be shadow and angle causing it to look like that..

 

It is 100 percent shadow

you found a rust free car like that in Vermont? I bought my 94 for about the same price in CT and the damn quarters are rusted . Had the same problem in my civic that i bought up there too (originally from VT)

can we get a clear picture of the prelude spoiler? it really doesnt look stock. if its the mugen, you can sell it and knock a couple more hundred off that purchase price.

I had a feeling your EP3 was far from stock...

That doesn't look like a stock spoiler at all..
What is on the front Bumper between the Vents/Grill/Nostrils?
When I first noticed it, I thought it was a "Prelude" Symbol. But talking to Televator, he said it looked like a Front License Plate Holder sitting up to high.
