D15 STARTER in B16a SIR?

Default D15 STARTER in B16a SIR?

the reason i ask is i have a jdm b16a in my crx and i have a nearly brand new starter form the original d15 engine? i haven't yet take the one form my car because i wasnt sure so before i do the work are they interchange able? i know they are very similar but have laid them side by side. so if anyone knows thanks!

ok guys i wasnt sure so i figured i ewould ask i might still take mine out for a comparison but not today not if you's doubt it will work(i leave to the honda-techsperts), thanks for the help and i was wondering if anyone knew how easily motegi mr 7, 16x7'' wheels with a42 mm offset would fit on a 90 crx? think i will need a spacer?

well i decided tomorrow i am going to take mine out and try it or compare the starters and see if it is possible, if not oh well thanks for everyones help

i got a d series starter on my b16a right now and it starts up fine you just got to grind the hell out of the starter so i engages all the way in

why is everyone so cocky? thanks for the help to those who actually did so, and the rest of the people who like to be silly and make jokes if your so funny why are you not a comedian? also me personally i would not go grinding and for the lack of a better phrase ''jerry rigging'' a brand new starter. i would much rather sell it and buy the proper one.

i had to make a d series work to see if my motor ran... but the integra stater i ordered was wrong they sent me for a automatic but the situation is done now i got a integra stater in it i was just staying u can get a d series to start the car... i have a pile of d serie stuff laying around thats the only reason i tryed it
