Skunk2 makes cams for a non-VTEC?

Your best bet is to spend your money on an LS/VTEC conversion rather than LS NA cams...as for turbo stuff, i've heard a lot of good about the Crower 404's.

cams are a good upgrade depending on your setup, and what cams to get depend on your setup. The engineers at honda aren't idiots, the best cams for a stock motor are the stock cams. If you want more power i would recomend turbo, although i dont think you have the knowledge yet to do that. What you need to do is learn, and decide what you want in the end. You should have an ultimate goal.
If you just want a tad more power you could do i/h/e, a shorter geared transmission would be nice to, along with upgraded clutch and flywheel.
If you want your car to be fast turbo is prob the best option. Some people build ls motors n/a but if you want to go n/a a vtec motor is a better platform. Some people also do ls/vtec, but i dont think thats a good idea.

You really need to research. here a just a couple things to look at.

our motors have been well explored, there is tons of information out there. On the team-integra link there are several articles on cams, they will answer your questions

if your staying all motor i would worry about upping the compression before cams. If you want to change gears and go Turbo, i would worry about the turbo setup before cams.
