im asking if i will be losing hp than gaining, just wanted to see if anyone run this set up? since the cams are big will it have to much overlap for the pistons. when i did the cr calculater it said that i would have 11:9 cr is that true?

the calculator is accurate but your powerband and idle will suck, i know for sure those p30 will go real good with the stage 2's

so if i get a set of aftermarket pistons like CPs or something with a cr of 12:5+ the stage 3 cams will do better?

are they the crower 63403's? if so, they idle just fine. we dialed mine to the cam card, and it idled all day at 800 rpm. i had them in a 11.5:1 b16, adn they made power to 9300rpm

yes they are! thats what i thought, i had 404's on my LS before and they did ok, idle was set at 1100, yeah you can say it was kinda high but not to bad, well i'll put them in and see what happens, i just have to change the hondata to run the stage 3, right now the base map is for the stage 2 cams or should i just try running it like that? and whats a cam card?

people dont realize that those cams idle well because the primary and secondary lobes are very close to stock
