front suspension bushings purchased individually
is it possible to buy bushings on an individual basis, like the front control arm rear bushing (sorry i forgot what its called),& manual rack mount bushings? not from the factory either, more on performance/poly bushings. these are the only ones i will need as i have already replaced a few others and the others are going to be spherical bearings.
I *think* you can get separate bushings (in pairs, l and r of course) from Energy Suspension. Check out their website. You can always get OEM honda ones though if you're ina bind.

because it causes binding and doesn't allow the suspension to move freely.
Not that the OEM rubber bushings don't also do this, but they do it less then poly.
At any point on your car were there is a bushing it is there because it moves on more then 1 axis.
