Where is the clutch bleeder valve??
I'm not the most mechanically inclined when it comes to working on cars, but if it sounds simple enough I will attempt to do it myself.
That being said, I let my clutch reservoir get too low and now I need to bleed my clutch on my 92 Honda Accord.
I have the Haynes Manual and am trying to find the clutch bleeder valve which there is no picture for. Where is this located?? Do I need to remove any dustcovers to locate this? Any reference pictures will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nick

its located on the transmission on the front side
its better if you have someone help you to pump the clutch
youll need a small 3-5 inch hose and a cup with fluid
also remember to keep the reservoir full or it will suck air again

It's called your clutch slave cylinder, and see post above for directions.
I don't have any pics from when I did mine recently, but this is what it looks like:

Look at your exhaust manifold, then look to the left. You can't miss it.

Thanks guys I found it!! Since the Haynes manual said to put the car on jacks for some reason I was trying to find it from the bottom. So now another noob question. Obviously I can see where the hose attaches to. Then there's the two mounting bolts. Is the hose attachment also the release valve? Do i turn it with a wrench?
yes, the little nipple that you attach the drain hose to is what you loosen
just like when bleeding brakes.
sometimes if they are really rusted, I use some PB Blaster with a ratchet and a deep socket to break it free and then use a wrench during the bleeding. I do this to prevent rounding the bleeder valve with a wrench. Or if you have flare nut wrenches use those as they wont round it. Flare nut wrenches are a very nice tool to buy, have come in handy a few times when doing brake/clutch/fuel work.
