i have an 07 Civic Lx, yes i said Lx. and I baby this car soooo much and i guess its true, the more you take care of something, the more likely it is to get messed up.

i was getting on the 91e towards my house and this big rig sand and gravel hauler cuts me off and somehow a million f-ing rocks pour out from the bottom of the trailer. completely thrashing my hood and cracking my windshield. i would say "F*** TRUCK DRIVERS" but my dads a truck driver and it wasnt the dudes fault in some kind of way. i should have gotten this dudes license plate and truck number and see if they could have paid for the damages but i was too f-ing pissed and i just sped and got off the freeway to check the damage...

the verdict:

-a million scratches that can hopefully be waxed to be unoticable damage
-dings and dents on my bumper
-a crack on my windshield
-one pissed of mexican
-and my insurance payment is due this month

my baby is hurt... and so is my ego... i dont know what to do right now...

 

u messed up by not getting the companys name and licence number bro. they would have paid.

ummm does Cali have where you have comp coverage?? You would be liable for your deductible if so if you reported it under here....

 

LOL I'm in the same situation. What's worse about my SI is that someone hit it parked and took off! It was at my apartment and I'm pretty pissed myself. I can't do nothing but submit a claim That *** didn't even leave a note with contact or something! He/She needs to eat feces and die! This would also be the second time I will have to replace my bumper Good luck with your car though bro.
