Default passenger window not working

My passenger window took a crap on me today. It was fixed by honda a couple years ago, but always rolled up slower than the driver side like the motor wasn't as strong or something. They replaced a lot of parts to get it working it was like 600 bucks. Anyway, there is no noice like a motor is trying to move the window at all. Just dead silence when you try to roll it down from either switch. The driver side still works fine. Is it the motor? If so, how much of a pain is it to replace.

Thanks
