Default Ebay High flow catalytic converter/Test Pipe

Hello all, im looking at buying a high flow catalytic converter/testpipe from ebay just for now to get me through the winter. Im wondering tho, if anyone has ever had any problems with the fitment, length, or also ive heard of getting a CEL as there is insufficient backpressure from a test pipe for the rear o2 sensor. Ive heard of this but not sure. i want to buy the thing just to get me through the winter and ill buy a magnaflow high flow in the spring. Am i going to have any problems with a test pipe ? Is there going to be any gains/losses for torque or horsepower?

needs some opinions..preferably from ppl who've had these. Oh and i was probably going to order a ebay stainless header as well at the same time..will i notice any gains or losses in power? and any fitment issues? Let me know!

Just get the magnaflow one as soon as you could.
Test pipe isn't emission friendly, most likely to trigger your CEL, car becomes louder (in a "gay" kind of way... just doesn't sound good, trust me!).
You may or may not have problems with fitment, they aren't good... and that's the point.
PLEASE, just stick with the magnaflow and forget the "test pipe".

I got one from ebay a couple years ago, as a temp fix, and its still in there if that helps you out. Haven't thrown any codes in the last year. Mine was made by Megan Racing. Wasn't too hard to get it to fit, once we got the stock one off. All the bolts were a pain in the *** to break off.

I bought an ebay test-pipe from advan-emotion.com and am currently running it in my car. Fitment was alright, not perfect, but we got it with minimal drama.

It has not triggered any CEL codes, the exhaust got lil' bit more raspy...not as noticeable with the stock exhaust.

After I got my e-bay-type N1 catback, the car is f-en loud...almost too ricey.
