it's not possible until someone comes up with a plate for a K to b tranny but i wil highly doubt that will ever happen as the K tranny is good as itself. Also usually a k swap comes with a tranny. It's hard to find those ones that don't have a tranny.
thanks for the replies. my conclusion based on what you all have said is it would be too exspensive for someone to make a plate due to the lack of economies of scale with regards to the demand for this product because most k series swaps come complete with a crap tranny.
More work then its worth and probably end up costing more $ then just buying a K-series tranny. The tranny is "technically" spinning the opposite direction too. That's might cause a reliability/longevity issue.

I forgot about that. So could this even be done?

umm, no! the DC5 trans is great, plus the little facts like the K20 is a bigger engine, it has a different spline input shaft, the B-series is 5 spd with taller gears, plus the most important fact is that the two motors are mounted 180 deg and the B would spin backwards.
so stick with the rsx / si trans
