Information about auto to manual conversion

Does anyone here have a run down of the parts needed for a 5spd conversion for a D16Y8? Any good websites that explains this conversion?

shift linkage...(I have one btw

) tranny, clutch, clutch m/c pedal assembly... ecu...hmm...don't know what else

also heard that your intake manifold is different then the manual version and will cause problems . just run a quick search and you should be able to find the post
