That is so awesome. I've always wanted to do this. Are you gonna do the whole car or base/clear the exterior panels. I just think if you needed to repair, say the 1/4 panel down the road, it would be impossible.

It takes a lot of flipping, vacuuming and high compressed air.

The customer is painting the exterior of the car we just coated the interior, engine bay, underneath, inside of doors and fenders.

It got tricky at times because of the cage.

No its hasnt effected the structural integrity at all.
The customer is buliding a streetable road course car. There will be an NA K20 used for it.

holy sh*t. You guys really powdercoated that? What shop do you work at? How did you prep the car? I do powdercoating at my shop and thought about doing car panels but our oven isn't big enough. Any idea how much it would be to do that? Also is there also a clear on that? This is not a street car is it?
