gsr shifter

I've tried searching but would there be any problems with installing a gsr dual bend in a b16 crx. I know you gotta shave the bottom to make it fit but will you have any problems doing that?

I have a dual bend aftermarket one that looks just like the GSR one and I didnt have to modify anything.
