i think the drop is 1.8 or 2.0 in the front and 1.4, 1.6 in the rear

 

best springs in for the price...make sure you run tokico adjustables or equivalent on these springs

 

will trade for good b series mounts into ek

Free bump with a catch...I don't know where you got those spring rates. I recently e-mailed RS*R, because I was going to pick a set of these up for SUPER cheap brand new, but got a better deal locally on a set of Eibach's. Regardless, here is RS*R's reply:

"The blue springs for the EG Civic are no discontinued as of yet. these springs are part number 35-H110 Race spring. the spring rates for these springs are as follows

front 279lbs, rear 268 lbs
