FS: 1997 Civic HX - $1000
Car runs but has 226K miles on the motor, I still get 31-33mpg, but the motor has lost a few HP over the years. The AC compressor is on its way out. Thats the bad. The good is the int is in very good condition, paint is ok, body is straight. I just did the brakes a less than 2K miles ago. The trunk still has a false floor from my stereo setup years ago, and I still have the Focal 6x9's in the rear deck along with the crossfire amp.
If you are going to do a motorswap the car is a good clean base to start with, clean title and all. Or if you want a daily driver, swap out the motor for a stock D16 for cheap and you have a great gas saver.
