Default SOHC 4-door swap

I am working with a d16z6 bottom end, a Y5 head, P28 computer, 94 ex wiring harness. Any key problems anyone want to warn me about......?

Head bolt info https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1635057
Distributor wiring will be different also, the OBD1 (Z6) has 2 plugs while the OBD2 has 1. http://img.photobucket.com/alb...s.jpg Just match up the wires, don't worry TOO MUCH about the colors, because there are some variations.
