Center Bore
The center bore is not necessarily the diameter of where the center caps mount. So that information won't help you.
For example, the '91-01 NSX has wheels with different center bores, front vs rear. One is 64 mm, the other is 70 mm. But the wheels at both ends use the same center caps. (And, in fact, the diameter of the center caps for the '91-93 wheels, at both ends, is different from the diameter of the center caps for the '94-01 wheels.)

Ohh opps, ok, my bad. I just read what center bore is
.
So....then what spec of the wheel is needed to determine the size of the center cap? I assume u can't just slap on any cap onto a wheel.

You could measure the diameter of where the center cap fits. But that number is not usually included in the wheel specs. You usually have to ask whether such-and-such center cap fits.
