I cannot figure out how to remove the center dash panel (a/c controls, radio, etc), can anyone help?

 

you need to remove the area just below that, where the cigarette lighter is. once that is removed there are 4 screws that hold the bracket in place. remove those and the concole will slide out. from there you should be able to figure it out.
