im having issues with my 3 bar sensor losing connection were the plug meets the holes of the sensor. the green wire is coming lose and causing my car to shut off. i put aluminum in the 3 bar map holes to aid connection and also put a bracket on the map sensor wire harness so there is no stress on the wires what so ever.

is there anybody out there that has had connection problems or hard wired their 3 bar map sensor? if so what did you do and how? thanks in advance.

please dont treat me like a noob because im not and i did search.

 

Just go to a junk yard and pull the map sensor plug off any GM car that is about 1985+ they use the same kind of plug as a 3 bar. Then go home and solder it on and there you go, got a good connection now.
