Default 1988 LXi ATF EXCHANGE

Hey Guys... I'm curious. How effective is this maintenance and what does it entail? What kind of screen/filter is in this transmission? And is it any better -- for a 20 year old car -- than just a "drain and fill." It sound like it makes sense but I don't want to be sold a bill of goods when I talk to the tech who will do the job. Thanks. Ray

there is no filter that you can get to easily. drain and refill with 3 quarts of Honda Z-1 ATF. the drain plug has a 3/8" square hole to fit your breaker bar.
