Fuse Question... ive searched need help

Fuse Question... ive searched need help
ok so i have a 93 civic and i blew my fuse for the Vss so fuse #24. when i looked into my hanes manual it says fuse 24 and 25 are on a seperate block. the SRS block... now the inderdash panel has fuses 1-23 and i cant find the 24 and 25 where is it?
