hey guys a couple questions

one of my day time running headlights in my jdm front has burnt out
the guys at the local shop dont have any replacements or had anyone ever enquire about them.
i have not checked Acura, but not sure if they could help?
anyone replace them or know where to look? thanks

Also, what would guys recommend for cleaning the outside of the lens..i have some built up bug residue. maybe a light solvent? thanks again guys

 

you can find similar citylight bulbs at any autoparts store. but i know that when my friend had a burnt one on his plastic housing EG6 lights he tried MANY different kinds to get one that matched well. me personally i just replaced both of them.

 

im in for cleaning advice! because my headlights are ugly too.

 

Are you asking about city lights or daytime running lights?

As for cleaning, try Meguiar's PlastX.

 

To clean mine I just used some Meguiars Gold Class car polish, gave it a LIGHT rub and they came up looking like new.

ok so it sounds like there is some sort of plastic polish...ill go around and take a look today

sorry for the lights i am looking for the Day time running lights.
(not the projector, not the inside fog, not the little light that turns on when the projectors are on, not sure what to call that.)

all the bottoms look different then the JDM version.
jdm has one plug-in prong, all replacements has two.

 

I think your car is probably using the high-beams as the daytime running lights, in which case the bulb you'd need is H1.

i think i got my answer...there are only 4 bulbs in JDM headlight...no ban, no camera
