ok, so fuse 14 is fine when the car is off, when i turn the key to the on position it no longer works.

i know that the fuse is for the alt/regulator, voltage regulator, emission control valves, PGM-fi main relay/fuel pump, pgm-fi ece, ELD unit, and the EACV.

do you think this is most likely main relay related?
just want to know before i start removing/re-soldering for nothing.
