i have a 2 door coupe honda civic 1.6l vtec (at least i am pretty sure it is, but how do i tell? it does have y8 stamped on the block), other than that my question is what is the difference between vtec and vtec-e, i have asked this question before in my life to random honda ppl and always get the same response from every1 which is " idk what u r talkin about" so here is a link to help explain http://car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi

 

look for the vtec solenoid to the right of the head...its right by the dizzy...a brown cap and near bottom has green ..vtec pressure sensor
